It looks like science fiction has become science fact (not quite in the same way as the movie, but bad nontheless). You will especially enjoy reading how they're populating this database w/ pictures and info.

This is bad news. Here is a question:

Whats the difference between telling your fellow officers "Hey what that kid, he could be the next dealer" and actually storing the same information in a database? They are both racial profiling right? Police will do it regardless of whether they have a database or not.

1. I smell a BIG LAWSUIT.
2. BLACKS only... those that CRASHEd the airplanes on 9/11 were NOT black.
3. A study showed that 60% of crime is done by Whites, and 40% Other.
4. HOw about all the PPl in Government offices, Senate, congress, and so forth. There is a BANK in the congress where our representitives can get mony when needed. 60 minutes checked this bank, and they dont check if there is OVERDRAWS. 40 Elected officials had overdrawn there accounts for OVER $10,000 EACH. And 1 was over 100,000. This for a position that pays $80,000-120,000 a year PLUS contributions.....

I would say legal racial profiling occurs when police are investigating AFTER a crime is committed to find someone who fits the pattern that the suspect fits. However, as soon the police stops someone on the street for a spurious charge just to populate the database w/ picture and info then that would contradict the constitutional stricture of innocent until proven guilty.

REALLY... Think about it.
Whites are European, mediterainian, Russian and accross the Northern India. Everything else is OTHER..

The Highest crimes in our land are from Whites.. Kidnapping, Theft, even Conspiracy, and selling secrets to other nations(treason). Those that MADE 9/11 what it IS, are all considered WHITE. MORE crimes for stealing pension monies are WHITE.
The 10 Biggest Mony crimes comitted was white People.

I love this idea REALLY. The MORE they look for "Other" people the MORE crime Whites can commit, and get away with.

This is more accurate of whats going on. Consider Wilmington is about 80% Black. I would say, that they should do it ALL over the town, and to every one, not just BLACKS.

I was stating Major crimes. crimes that NET more then $150 at a time.
Another affect is What is the Demograghics of your area..
If you live in or NEAR a Large area of multi race or Slum/gheto area, then WHAT DO YOU EXPECT...
do you know the RETURN on theft, in low income areas IS...10-30% is all you get for stealing something. And when you steal Money, you generally dont get more then $100. Most times only about $10-50..
