Can you guys believe that!? I would be pretty freaked out if I saw this.

There is a spider called the Bird Spider --> 4 feet across. It is so large it eats birds and small mammals. If I found something remotely like this in my house, I would call every exterminator plus pull out the 9mm and finish it off.

Aren't they common in Autralia!? I saw a picture of a jumpying speider one time and that sucker was huge too.

all i gotta say is if the thing is huge AND jumps, then damn it i'd move somewhere else. Even the itty bitty jumping spiders freak me out, all raising their front legs at you and pouncing.

At least the little ones could only jump onto your hand if you were trying to kill it w/ tissue, but this bad boy would jump on your head if you tried to step on it!
