Yep. This website really is a terrible one. They flame other companies for one small problem. They don't know what theya re talking about concerning companies, just that they had one bad experience, that was fixed most likely in a matter of less than a day. If you want a real site, go to a page like www.pcstats.com, http://www.hardocp.com, www.anandtech.com, www.hexus.net, www.hardwarezone.com, www.overclockers.co.nz, and MANY more, where they thoughtfully post reviews of products, as well as link users to hundreds of other review websites with well thought out reviews. This site truely enters the dog house when they make biased claims towards a company, just because they have one thing to say about the other. Look in the Xoxide thread, and you will find about 3 people saying how Xoxide sucks, and about 50 people saying how it rules. It's just the same 3 people saying how it sucks, which makes it look like a lot!

Do you want a forum where they edit your posts down to G rated posts? And deletes posts, like this one will be deleted because its the truth about this forum? They claim a website is a terrible store, but delete the posts of the owner of the site trying to defend himself? You need REAL forums, with GOOD mods. Really, look at how many people had problems, and then make your decision. Anyone that agrees that this site is terrible

There is a reason there is only 469 members. Because this site is truely poor, and 50 of those members are Xoxide ones defending one of the best modding sites you will find. I give this 1 hour before it gets deleted? Any other bets? I have not made any lies or broken the rules, but it will get deleted because it shows the real side of DT. Cheers! :D

Now that seems like a pretty biased post. Almost sounds like you work at Xoxide.

I dont have a problem with xoxide, never have and never will since I dont order from them.

From what I understand, Xoxide owner's post was deleted because he posted personal information, which is not tolerated.

Hey, if you think DT sucks, thats is your opinion which you are definitely entitled to. Just the same, if some of our readers think that Xoxide sucks, that's their opinion and they are entitled to it as well.

There is one big difference about the people posting negative comments here and the ones posting positive. It seems to me that 90% of the people posting positive comments are people that can somehow be traced back to Xoxide. The one's posting negative seem to be people that are:
a) unhappy with their experience with xoxide from a customer standpoint
b) unhappy with xoxide's reaction/forum posts here.

There is a lesson to be learned here, which I hope people can walk away and realize:
Criticism is the best advice a friend can give you. You can take that criticism and make changes, learn from it, can come out as a better person. However, if your friend has a bad opinion of you, but does not voice it, then they truely aren't your friend since they allow you to continue to make mistakes without knowing any better.

I'm not saying we are friends/enemies with Xoxide, but it just seems that Xoxide can learn from this and maybe do something good that will help the people that have had a bad experience change their minds.

Please, think before you post.

This is all I will have to say about the Xoxide threads that are going on. Moderators are doing a great job, keep up the good work.

We actually had about 1200 members. We "pruned" members that had not posted in the past year to free up their usernames. Soem forums just keep their registered users so they can say they have that many....but there is no need for that. Sorry that you are not happy with Designtechnica because of one forum thread.

If you get a chance, read the other forums and get a chance to meet some of the nice people that come to the site. You will always be welcomed here.

Xoxide had those probs a while ago and are still whining from the sting. Was a pretty good slap then. WTF did X remove the CS forum if there were only a few whiners in there? I read the whole thing almost and fell asleep in the droning on and on of how bad the service was for that short time. If either of these guys tried to say that did not happen, then they are both liars or in such a state of denial that no amount of truth will help their poor bitter souls. I pity you guys alot and I hope that noone ends up sad and hurt over the whole thing. Grow up. Something good might get said about you.

Besides 500 close friends are better than 15,000 that are pissed at you.
