Yes, they are Russian. Ilya is the name of the person who runs the site. I assume that person is a male, but don't know for sure. A good source for Benchmarking software and is updated daily.

This must be the 100th time somebody ripped off my page-not that I mind, I give explicit instructions on how to do it properly in the lower section. The annoying thing is they are too lazy or stupid to even read the directions, copy the whole page, and post my counter and tracker codes with it.
