I used to spend summers at college because I worked full time in the comp lab. A Nationwide bagpipe camp used to come each summer and live in the dorms and practice all day. It was always horrible - imagine people learning to play bagpipes and hourrrming all day long. I truly understand how annoying a bagpipe leaf blower would be.

esp, when a WHOLE platoon, would get to gether and try to be leaf blowers....

When I used to live in an apt, there would be about 3 leaf blowers every morning at 7:00am that would go through the APTS even when there were no leaves to blow! I used to get so mad.:mad:
