have you had intermittant Failures... Generally about the same TIME after you turn on the comp... Thats HEAT failure(generally) You start by checking ALL fans..
Second, any power interruptions, do you have a UPS. Check it to see if its working.
Third, Last time someone was inside your comp.. did they use Static protection.
Fourth, NOT enough POWER from the power supply.

Check ALL your hardware, 1 BAD item can cause SLOW failure of the WHOLE system. A small short in a device can slowly kill EVERY item in the system, 1 at a time. You may replace items, but it will still be happening, and will have to replace something again, and again, until you find the ITEM that is failing, or has failed.
The device may be FAILING, and NOT failed, but is sending IMPROPER Voltage into the system. Sorry to say this, but the safest cure(could be, if you get another failure) replace everything in the BOX. This is the ONLY solution to make sure it dont happen again. I spent 4 years doing computer hardware, and when we saw this happen more then 1 time to a system, we Gutted it, and had the person buy another comp...

Bad CPU, exchange it and buy retail next time. Don't overclock it if you don't have experience with overclocking. You could ruin your computer.
