Werid question. This weekend I'm moving my 43" RPTV across Pennsylvania (4 hour drive). Will there be any problems with it laying on it's back (No box either)? Or will that orientation mess anything up inside? I have to transport it with a small conversion van and I'm almost 100% that I can't sit it upright for the ride home. The last thing I want to do is mess up one of the guns inside and find out I've ruined my TV. Thanks for any help.

That is one scary move my friend. I would contact the manufacturer of the set and see what they have to say about it.:dunno

OK, Iv'e actually being thinking about this one (go figure...I'm bored). What you can do is rent a UHAUL trailer (as long as you got a hitch) and stick it in one of their 5x8's. It should fit like a glove. Keep it from sliding around by fabricating a floor brace out of 2x4's that would fit nugly around the bottom of the set and brace it on all 4 sides of the trailer.

WELL NOBODY ELSE IS COMING UP WITH ANYTHING! hehehe

I just moved to a new house and we had the movers wrap it in moving blankets. Once it was moved, I had to run the conversion setup to align everything. Took about an hour (manually doing it) and I am happy as can be now!:D
