we tried having a channel in irc, but it failed horribly.

pretty soon we're going to put up a forum and see how that goes.

Yes, yahoo has an IRC setup... chat rooms, group rooms and alot more...
You can setup a forum there and have a chat room from there..

My suggestion was to go to yahoo and setup a FREE one...
Whats your suggestion... besides commenting on mine?

and anyway, going to a chat to discuss problems, can leave ALOT of people out in the cold... As not everyone is on at the SAME time... Its great for chat, but unless you want to run it 24/7... It aint worth it...

What do you guys think about a scheduled get together each month or so to discuss DT updates that might have been missed on the forums. ? I would assume that we would find a good IRC server somewhere that we can all use.
