Not sure what to say, this topic is over my head. I did see a Honda car that uns off fuel cells being advertising in my Automobile magazine. That is good to say the least.

working in the cell phone department @ BB, I can say that if cell phones were powered off the stupidity of their owners, no batteres would be needed at all.
