I want one :)
I remember back when they had the first one out...was it the AV10 or something?
Anyways...the AV30 is the one that comes with the docking cradle, and the AV20 doesn't ship with the docking cradle, correct?

Dan and I saw these at CES, they are super tiny. If you add the new 1 GB SD card to it, this player is amazing.
I think both come w/ docking cradle if memory serves right. I think the diff is the features, like being able to take pictures, etc. These things are sweet. They fit in the palm of your hand and you can playback mpeg4 clips. You can also record video although not at 32 frames per sec. Its something like 20 fps, but good enough.

I just got one as well. Found that if I record any MP4 movie in Super fine mode and then copy to my PC, the PC players (including the latest Windows Media Player 9) can only play the first 3 minutes of the video and then they all quit.
Do you have the same experience? Any solution?
thanks.

Sounds like a driver or codec issue. What did Panasonic techsupport say?

How do I contact their techsupport?
Do I call them or there is an e-mail address or a board somewhere?
Thanks.

I have had problems using Windows Media Player 9 to view my videos recorded
with a Panasonic e-wear SV-AV30. It will playback until 3 minutes and then
stop with an error. After several months of downloading and installing
every codec possible, I finally found the problem. Believe it or not
Microsoft has admitted to a bug in WMP9 to play back hardware encoded ASF
files. After installing the hotfix (MSKB 816044) it played the files with
no problems.
If you are having this problem go to http://support.microsoft.com and
search for 816044. You should see the article titled: FIX: Hardware-Created
ASF Files Stop Playing in Media Player 9 Series
Download and install the Fix. Happy Viewing.....

moviestage was still in its paper sleeve, but jukebox not and this means i have lost the serialnumber.
i have emailed the above to panasonic and they will not give me a new one!

Try looks for a serial at www.astalavista.com they are a serial search engine. Did you register your SV-AV30 when you bought it? If so, then Panasonic should just give you a new serial. Its not like their software is revolutionary or anything, only SV-AV30 owners can use it right?

Wow why is that 9down site so popular? Over 500 people on it.

Found out why. They have full version of software with the key generators/cracks available for download. I am surprised they have not been found out yet.

relic000,
Were you able to find a copy of SD Jukebox. I ran into the same problem. I got a new PC and lost the CD. Tech support was very unhelpful and I need the cd. Anyone have any ideas?
Hi all!
I was recently presented the camera but unfortunately got no CD with the software...
Could someone tell me where to get the stuff?
Would be very thankful :)

A friend, that has it...
