Another Do-It-Yourself guide from OCAU. This time it's about building a subwoofer enclosure. Much cheaper than buying a professionally-built unit and if you do it right, the sound quality can be comparable.

Plz, pass this on to them in the forum.

Cut a 2" hole into the side or back. Insert a Tube at least 6 inches into it. Make it Snug for the tube.

This lets the BASE reflex, The AIR in the box, as the Woofer Pulses, needs to MOVE. With out the HOLE, It can blow out the woofer, and muffle the base.
The Woofer cant move Fully with out the HOLE.

PS, I didnt see the AMP...

A good place to buy individual speaker components is www.madisound.com. For a reasonable price they will send you the drivers and the enclosures.
