I bought a Sapphire 9500 128 MB (new-pcb) from a user that failed flashing the bios.
Now I wonder where to get the original bios, and which utility use to flash it, as the original bios flashing failure was caused by the atiflash utility.

I don't know where to get the bios files, but it was very stupid for the person you got the card from to try flashing it in the first place, because as far as I know, the reason for flashing is to unlock the clocks on cards that have them locked out and Sapphire does not lock them to my knowledge. My Sapphire 9500 NP does not have them locked and everyone I know who has one say theirs are unlocked, too. I hope you didn't buy this card from someone you don't trust really well, because there may be something else wrong with it other than a failed flash and the seller was trying to cover up for why it really doesn't work by saying the flash failed.
