I'm thinking about getting some new speakers and possibly a sub but not sure what brand or what I need to get myself a tight sound system. I mainly play rock so maybe that might help :|

I used to have Boston Accoustics seperates inthe front and coaxials in the back with to Kicker 10" subs and Alpine V12 amps. I loved my setup and they sounded great for rock music.

Boston accoustics are not overly bright like MBQuart and have a warm mid range in my opinion which sounds great for rock music. Also on your subwoofer box, a port would be better for rock than a sealed enclosure.

Fusion and Lighting Audio are decent, and the prices aren't too bad either.

How about a head unit? Do you have a decent one, or thinking of getting one?
