Rio Nitrus

Has anyone had a chance to use/listen to the new Rio Nitrus MP3 player? Can you tell us what it sounds like and whether it is easy to use or not?

I am seriously considering purchasing one of these. It comes with Sennheiser MX300 Earbuds,

1.5GB* HDD plays back over 25 hours of MP3 or 50 hours of WMA music (over 375 MP3 or 750 WMA songs)**
USB 2.0 for fast transfers
Transfer content between multiple PCs
16-hour continuous playback with the rechargeable LiIon battery
5-Band Adjustable Equalizer with pre-sets *1GB equals 1,000,000,000 bytes **At 128kbps MP3, 64kbps WMA.

Overall it sounds sweet. What type of HDD does it use?

Thanks for the link, that is great to know that this is the hard drive used in this player. What other MP3 players use this same hard drive?

I think I am leaning towards the Rio Karma due to its Ogg Vorbis support (will I ever use that, I don't know) and its ethernet capabilites. Plus it comes with Sienheiser earbuds. I have not heard anything back regarding the quality of either of these drives unfortunately.

This player looks nice and easy to carry around but paying $299 for this is wacked! For that same amount of bones you can buy a 10GB ipod. just my 2 cents.

ya which is probably why we have not heard a lot about this player on the net.

I do not have a jukebox player, but if I did I wonder if 10-20GB would be too hard to manage. 1.5GB sounds just right. What do you guys think?
