itsyourdomain.com is a terrible company to work with. Yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for. We are trying to transfer a domain from them to register.com where the rest of our domains are and they are denying the domain transfer without a specific reason.

Then they have the nerve to ask why we want to transfer it...why does it matter?

They have no contact number on their site and take 24 hours to e-mail you back.

I always just used godaddy... only $8.95, and never once had a problem *shrugs*

But do they have a log in system which shows all your domains, 24/7 tech support and a REAL phone number?

they have a log in system that shows all the domains, as for the tech support/stuff like that, I've only ever had to use it for transfering a domain, so I dunno

Me too. I've used godaddy for all of my domains.

IO man I would assume there numbers are real and that they have at least 16/7 tech support. All I know is if you have your site on a dedicated server from them you will never have to worry. and they are like the number one rated site. They even have the risque commercial that aired during the superbowl.
