Hey guys, Iriver has announced the launch of a new 20gb player. It has some really awesome features, including recording, line in/out, SPDIF, FM radio, LCD remote etc etc. As per the CNET editors, its almost a slim as the IPOD. A complete review by CNET is at

What do you guys think?

I've been recommended this player for its support of drag and drop and its sound quality. Anyone care to compare the sound quality to the iPod or Zen?

Looks like iRiver has done it again. These guys are amazing with their products. Just like Apple, everything is polished but they always have more features.

I got mine yesterday! Nice new features like external mic support, Ogg support. Not really shocking if you have owned the iHP-100. The new carying case is terrible to my opinion. It looks very cheap and the plastic will get dirty and scratched soon.

I ordered one just the other day. I've been looking for a good mp3 player, something better than an iPod for a while now. I was thinking of the Zen Xtra, but then broke down and ordered an iHP 120. Who can pass up the fine array of features, and the fine quality of iRiver? :D
Ah, but it's backordered, of course. I don't know when I'll get it.
Yeah, the case doesn't look that good. I'm hoping I'll be able to get a better one later. For now, I just want the unit.

Anyone know a supplier in the UK?
Regarding the Iriver 120, does anyone know if it is possible to record directly from the FM receiver to the MP3 recorder?
I mean doing it without any extra wires or other hardware.
Thanks.
Also, any feedback on this unit that owners have will be helpful!
