The point of this photo is that the most industrialized markets (i.e. consumers with disposable income) tend to be where the lights are.
Interesting eh?

I love that pic too. it's really interesting when you can actually see roads spanning a long distance because of the lights, like in russia.

That's a great picture. Now my desktop wallpaper.
See that blank spot in oregon. It streaches to my front door. The Bright spot to the East North east, is where I live.

Interesting... India is quite a bit more wired than I would have suspected.
A few of the continents are going cyborg.

yeah, seeing the lights in India surprised me too. I guess its all the jobs we are sending there eh?
J/K don't hate me for that comment!!
Good pay in the middle east REALLY, if you survive.
And the middle easy, africa, and most of those countries have better connections then the US.
We are still trying to use Lines laid accross the Ocean in the 1800's and new ones from the 60's.
They installed most of theres from the 60's on.
They also dont have mega corps, that want money first to upgrade.
I wont go into it. but its a great pic.
I had a Screen saver that had a rendered Earth, with all the lights, and CIA facts in it. Fully adjustable to view from any point.
