Does anyone know a "secret" way to power up a 200A5? Yesterday it was fine and now I cannot start it with the power adapter or either of two batteries. Tried using the reset button as recommended by the local BESTBUY tech help, with no results.

Have you removed both the power supply and battery at the same time? Sometimes it helps with stubborn laptops to remove all power sources (battery and plug) and wait a minute before you plug them in and try to boot.

Unplug everything.... get s light on the plug on the Laptop, use a Pencil, NOT A PEN, see if the connection moves. If not, I would have someone check the Power supply...

1) call vprmatrix (bestbuy) and have them send you a box, they'll send it in a couple days.
2) the operator may instruct you to NOT include your battery, any upgrades in ram, and the power adapter
3) they'll fix it and send it back
4) turnaround time was three days! ridiculously awesome customer service. i UPSed it at their expense on monday and got it back thursday afternoon.

the problem w/your vpr is the system board. they will put in a new one before send it back in great packaging. customer service....is again unbeatable.
