This looks seriously handy the usb connector idea is great. Seems fairly cost effective as well.

I think the Disk on Key feature is useless because it would take up valuable music space. I would rather have a seperate disk on key for data. 128mb is not a lot of storage in my opinion. I also think that the MPIO DMK lets you store data on it as well. I will check tonight when I get home.

If i had an mp3 player and a disk on key, i probly wouldnt be using them at the same time too often. I think that's their reasoning here.

So what type of files would you keep on this beside MP3s? I see the disk on key as a floppy disk replacement, not as backup. I keep documents etc on floppy disks. If you were to keep regular data files on this, you would lose a lot of MP3 storage space....just a thought, would you really use both of its features?

I don't have the Creative Muvo but I do have a similar 128 MB Pocket USB Drive which I use while at school.

I can hold all my files for 5 classes the whole year on a very compact device. I should mention I'm in a Computer Telecommunications program so we do a lot of work on the machines, so a drive like this comes in VERY handy.

Yeah, at the end of last semester, it took 5 floppy disks to hold all of my source code. It would be much easier to put it on the MuVo. Can't listen to it in school, so i wouldnt have to worry about space! =)

Creative Labs was at my school today doing their compaign/tour for the MuVo.

It was neat to see them there to win, and they had some tshirts that said MuVo or somethin like that on'em...didn't have time to see how you could win the tshirts..or try to get a free one.

Lotsa people up at my school were very interested in it...Students could also purchase a MuVo discounted to $99 (not sure how many MB)
