WiFi card refers to an expternal PC Card, so that would not be integrated.
WiFi adapter refers to the internal card. If your computer does have WiFi go to device manager and look under network adapters to see what it says.
Right click on "My Computer", then click on hardware and then device manager.
Tell us what it says under the network adapters section.

1. Get broadband (DSL or Cable)
2. Get a Wi-Fi Router with a good hardware firewall and 802.11G compatibility. Netgear makes good ones.
3. Go take a crap and enjoy wireless internet while doing so.
