YP 35 software install probs

Man, I am I glad I found this forum.Just got a used YP-35H that only
had a few songs on it.Prob is that it came with no software.It WAS
working with the existing loaded tunes but I managed to wipe
everything while reformatting and trying to download some mp3's.I've
found the user manual on samsung support

that helps a bit.I can get the Device Manager to recognize it and the
USB driver seems ok.I just can't seem to UPGRADE after installation
and format. The manual talks about Yepp Studio and a drag drop menu
that doesn't seem to be on the installation download

eUser=) from samsung.There doesn't seem to be any firmware installed
either.I even downloaded CD Ripper sucessfully. SOOOOOO.....can I
download this stuff or what should I do? Is there a manual way to
load the software that would've been on the install CD?It's WRITING
to it and reads READY but I just can't get tunes on it.I've spent
many hours trying to troubleshoot this and I'm not exactly super MP3
savvy but pleeeeease help me out.I wanna rock!Thanks alot.

benton ? anyone? Bueller? It can't be that hard to make a yp-35 work. I'm just kinda lacking a clue to troubleshoot this thing. Now where did I leave that hammer?:sure

hey willy I am having the exact problem you are. Ive been trying to get it resolved but not succesful. If you do let me know please.

What version are you trying to upgrade to?

I have Firmware v. 7.030 for the YP-35 on my site if you'd like to try that out, maybe it will get past your problems. Make sure to uninstall all previous Yepp firmware upgrade and Yepp Studio installations before you try this though.

Thanks for getting back. I asked an it tech at my job a few minutes ago nd he helped me out I already got m songs in.

hey, I use to have my samsung yp-35 workin and playing mp3's, but then I had to format it, deleting everything, but I forgot to save the file that you need to make the player recognize the mp3's and play them, does anyone know where I can find that file??

reply to my own messege, I tried to use "my computer" and drag and drop, it use to work, but I had to use my "yepp studio" first, you can download that anywhere, using it is easy, just drag and drop there, and then it'll work

Where did you download Yepp Studio? I can't find.
