Searching for Hi-End Laptop

I' am searching for laptop that will be used for Graphic design and animation:

2D
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Flash

3D
- LightWave 3D
- 3D Studio Max

Animation
- After Effect
- Premiere

It has to be at least 16inch display. I will be using it all the time at work and at home. Approximately 15 - 20 hours a day. Price doesn’t matter.

What would you recommend? I'd like to hear some real opinions.

Does battery life matter? I am assuming that with your needs you will be plugged in most of the time?
