Does anyone know if there is a way to delete all tracks on the HDD at once rather than 1 at a time. This is a problem if there is no way to do this. I want to increase my bitrate on songs and I have edited all my id tags, but instead of overwriting the songs (like I have chosen in the settings) the DMM thinks it is a new song and adds it. I now have 950 songs (475 X's 2).

Which device is this? You can usually format flash/hard drive based players. This would erase everything on your player.

I have the Philips HDD100. I need to know how to (if) delete all the songs on this device, not just using the delete button on the menu settings. This only deletes 1 song at a time. Thanks

some of these devices show up as a HD on "My Computer"
So that you can drag and drop... It it does, do it the way I said.
Otherwise use the Prog, Format command.
