ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, please Help me!

Hi, I just bought this card last night and it runs great. My only problem is, The Multimedia software will not install correctly. I tried reinstalling with no luck. I also tried uninstalling and when I try that it dosent get past the 0% of uninstallation. I downloaded the newest version of the multimedia center and wiont let me install that either. Any help is appreciated.

Can you reinstall the software on top of itself? If you can, then reinstall it, uninstall it and then reinstall it clean again. That usually does the trick for me.

I can reinstall it on top of itself, Ive done it about 3 times then rebooted, still says that multimedia wasnt installed correctly after machine starts up again, but thank you for the reply

So even after you reinstall it on top of itself it will not let you uninstall it?

what OS do you have...
Lots of progs will NOT work under anything but win2000 UP.
Have you aslo gone to the site and updated the software and hardware that you have, to current versions, DO READ THE NEWSGROUPS for problems with the card.
