I am building a new computer and have the Abit IC7 MAX 3 motherboard and a 160GB Maxtor SATA drive. For some reason the drive will not show up when I reset the system. I have to power it down completely then restart it.
It sounds like the hard drive is hanging when resetting, it is not making the same start up noise it usually does from a hard boot.
Any help would be appreciated.
