Trust me, I would of accepted that computer because i had an AMD-k6-2 which was a 361 mhz, with no hardware acceleration, but, lucky me, i got a intel celeron (still sucks) 2.8 ghz laptop with alot of extra junk (ex. wifi) for a great price... HAHA!!! Kinda feel happy because i got it new too!

only way laptops get around:
No one SELLS them...they give them away whaen they upgrade... WONT find newer(less then 5 years) laptops anyplace unless someone GIVES it away.
Must have a good friend or family member.

Agree,
Had a PCG-C1XS for five years.
Can sell it for 300 bucks in ebay! Surprise..

Until recently,
Laptops were only Giant PDA's... REALLY couldnt do games very well.
Great for data entry.
Great for carrying your data.
Great for making notes, and doing Paper work.

But not great for DVD, or video games...
The current TFT's (video display) has fianlly caught up to current tech and the wants of consumers.
