Motorola Scares Howardchui.com Over Leaked 2003 Phones

Howardchui.com has just informed us that Motorola is considering legal action regarding leaked information on their 2003 mobile phone portfolio. The real catch is that the website itself did not leak this infromation rather a forum member did. What do you do when you take the forum post down but continue to receive threats from Motorola? It is a tough situation because you cannot control everything people post in your website forums. Shame on Motorola for trying to scre Howard instead of trying to contact him personally.

Personally, If they sue Howard, it wil only result in higher legal fees for both parties and a lot more publicity for him. Come on, this will not hold up in court, Motorola's probably pressuring him to turn over who did it. Hope Howard's traffic quadruples because of this.

No wonder Motorola is getting mad though, they have had their future phones exposed to thousands of people....

It is not Howards fault that someone posted them in his forum either though. Motorola should have handled things better.
