HI

I managed (finally) to install the DMM software, after removing ZoneAlarm (thanks for the info). Now I can't get much further.

When I double click on the DMM icon, I get a screen asking me to select the language; I select English and click on next: Nothing!.

Close the window and the main window comes up. Select preferences/media folders. Select the directory containing the mp3s, and click OK.

The window closes, but DMM seems to have forgotten I selected anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Dave

Thanks for your response.

That was 1.3, 1.0 was crashing on start up. I've spoken to Philips support and they are looking in to it. I'll post detaiuls if they come up with a fix. Meanwhile, I'm running from a Win2K system without problems.

I have un-intsalled and re-installed several times (both 1.0 and 1.3) including 3 times while on the Phone to Philips Tech Support.

The crashing-on-startup doesn't occur under 1.3, but I'm unable to set up any media folders. Obviously something on my system it doesn't like!

Hi,

Media is MP3, but the same files work fine on my Win2K system. Thr problem is that I go into preferences/media folders, select a folder and all appears OK. But If I then go back into preferences/media folders, the folder I selected is no longer present.
