Freezing with my HDD120

Hello, Iam not the brightest person in the world but my HDD120 froze today, but I cant do anything about it, there probably is a simple way of getting it too work again, but I can't seem to work it out. I have only had it a few days and it has never done this before.

Does it do it regulaly? and is there a way of stopping it?

Have you tried doing a reset on the unit, hold up arrow and the vol.+ button together.

thanks for that, I was trying to work out a way or resetting it but couldn't.
