Run Norton antivirus (after updating it to the latest definitions) and see if that will clean your system. If you are still seeing this message, it is probably on your ISP's system and not yours.
BTW, welcome to the Designtechnica forums! Please register so we can get to know ya more.
I may not be yours, its a scam to get you to click something...DONT.
I have been getting 1-5 a week like this and, dont do it. DONT open the attachment or anything. If you have spam protection from your ISP, tell them whats happening.

People can spoof everything about an email including making it appear that it came from you. If its a person who contacted you about a false email possibly a virus than have them check the headers of the email to verify where it originated from. That might help.
If it is from what appears to be your System Administrator saying that message could not be delivered, but you don't remember sending it, than it is most certainly a virus.
Look into a program that gets rid of Spam and it will catch all these type of messages. I use SpamNet and it works great. Here is a link if you want to check it out.

there are lots of virii out there that will send email from an infected host spoofing itself using the email address from people the infected computer has sent email to or is in their address book.
This means that if someone gets one of these virus, and have ever sent you an email or your email is in their address book, it will send email pretending it's you.
You get the bounced email because many companies have anti-virus filters on the email and will automatically bounce the email back. Since it's pretending to come from you, the bounced email goes to you.
