Tried almost everything

[Unregistered]

I have a pop-up and a fake search page that appears on any search engine that I use (google, Yahoo etc.) I have run AVG antivirus, Adaware, Spysweeper, and Spybot. I let them remove everything that they could and then I manually deleted some registry keys that adaware and spybot could not delete. I have tried everything that I know how to do and would appreciate any help if you know what I should do

Cany ou do some digging around and tell us what the name of the spyware program actually is? If you can, we can probably find a fix. Otherwise you will most likely have to format and reinstall your OS.

I took the hijack this log and googled the entries until I came up w/ a couple of spyware entries. I deleted them and rebooted. Everything seems to be working fine now. I think it must have been a variant of clientman. Clientman was on the pc but there were keys in odd places that you wouldn't usually expect.
