Wow -lotsa goodies there.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\khooker.exe
I would say this is bad. Read here: http://www.reger24.de/prozesse/khooker.exe.php

C:\Program Files\Roxio\Easy CD Creator 6\DragToDisc\DrgToDsc.exe
C:\Program Files\Roxio\Easy CD Creator 6\AudioCentral\RxMon.exe
These are not problems but I can almost guarantee that you don't use them. Disable the auto start options in Easy CD creator.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\hpztsb0
5.exe
Do some more searching on this. This could be a virus as this page shows. http://www.jayloden.com/MolotovFix.htm

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe - again a waste of resources. You don't need real to look for updates all the time. Disable it if you can.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\PackethSvc.exe
This appears to be part of compuserve. If you don't use compuserve, uninstall it.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\picn20.exe
Google found nothing on this. You might want to research this a bit more.

I would say all of these are bad and should be fixed with hijack this or whatever else you can.

I can speak for realsched.exe. This is a process run by RealPlayer. It's used to check for new background messages and to check for new software updates. If you have the latest player you can turn it off through preferences via:
Tools -> Preferences -> Automatic Services -> Message Center
Click on Configure Message Center button

the Message Center config dialog will load, the first check box is for "Check for new messages", uncheck that and then close the message center dialog.

NEXT, turn off checking for software updates:
Tools -> Preferences -> Automatic Services -> AutoUpdate
Uncheck "Automatically download and install important updates"

After doing those two things, realsched.exe will no longer run. Again, you can only do this in the latest RealPlayer (RealPlayer 10)
