HELP! Jksearch.biz

Hi guys, I was hoping someone could help me. I'm having problems with the jksearch.biz redirection...Im totally computer illiterate, and saw were a poster ran hijackthis (which I did) and one guy saw which program was running, told him to download a program (I cant remember the name now), cut and paste the program found on your log sheet into the spyware program and it worked.....Ive run adaware, spybot, and some others to no avail .......so, here's my hijackthis log, and would LOVE to have someone help me get rid of this - this is coming up on my work laptop!!!!....Thanks in advance!!!!

Try this:

First go into regedit and search for jksearch. Delete all 3 it finds . Find reg33 teen and ptsnoop and delete those. Run killbox and delete teen (if it's there) under Windows\system. reboot and THEN go into hijack this and remove the 6 things it finds.

Tell me if this works.

I did a lot of research on the net and this one is a pain to remove. Make sure your adaware and spybot are updated completely and try running them. My guess is that you will have to either install and use another browser like NetScape or format and reinstall from scratch. Hopefully somsone else can help with this.

I have a fix but not a removal for "jksearch" Its very simple.
Delete your shortcuts for your explorer. Create new ones with the address of your choice of home pages. Give it the explorer icon if you wish and you wont know the difference. It wont pop up again. Also remove the home button from your explorer and put a shortcut in your favorites as home page.

It worked for me and I'm glad it worked for you. I am still trying to completely get rid of it but in the mean time I dont have to deal with it.
