I had purchased VPR Matrix # 220A5 in 09/2003 to my surprise in less than 9 months the LCD started displaying a horizontal line I contacted the customer support and had sent the Laptop for repair. When I got back my laptop the LCD that was replaced had scratches on the side and all around also the frame was not properly fixed as now my laptop does not shut completely. I have also notice a dent on the right hinge of the display panel. Very poor customer service also not to mention the battery is also very weak . Has anyone faced the similar problem?
