along with SERVICES.EXE IEXPLORE.EXE

and yes these are all running in CAPITAL LETTERS..

i noticed these as running progs in my processess.. i think this might be a problem? Please i need advice

Those all look normal actually. We will have to get another opinion.

As you should always do, scan your system with the latest virus updates to be sure. Unless you have been infected by a virus, these are normal windows functions.

SVHOST.EXE
