hi all,
i am trying to help an elderly couple with setting up their new pc. as soon as i ran into problems similar to what i had i the recent past i installed hijack this and came up with this log. i am scared to proceed, i see too many questionables. i did however delete one thing out of the registries' loc mach etc......run: it was called browser optimizer or something. othe than that, the problem is still there, and here is the log. thanks for any help.
