hijacked home page

Well, my homepage got hijacked. Here's where it goes when IE launches:

res://unkvy.dll/index.html#96676

I've tried spyblaster, McAfee Virus scan, Spybot, Adaware 6, CWS Shredder. None work. Any ideas?

Get spybot...
Set advanced MODE...
GO TO SETTINGS
Select...Ignore products....
Look threw the list, make SURE, ALL are NOT selected....

Go to TOOLS....
SELECT STARTUP.... LOOK for ANY THING YOU DONT WANT AT STARTUP...
I dont want much except WINDOWS, so I kill ALOT.

GET YOUR UPDATES.
RUN IT.

THEN....
SETTINGS
CONTROL PANEL.
INTERNET OPTIONS.
CHANGE THE PAGE.......ANYTHING(yahoo.com, msn.com) anyplace you KNOW isnt infected.

RESET.
