The last few times I've tried to add files to the database (using the iRiver software provided), I get an 'Exceed file limit!!!' message, and the update is stopped. The file names are all under 52 characters (and the error message is different anyway from when they are too long), and there is still over 10GB of free space on the drive.
I've tried different computers, reloading the software, different files...files that previously were added to the database with no trouble now won't update either.
Does anyone have the same problem or know what could be going wrong?
