When will Service Pack 2 be released?

I know we keep posting news that Windows Service Pack 2 is being delayed yet again, but is there any official announcement as to when it will officially be released or in what month it will be released?

You can get a version online through P2P networks. It hasn't been officially released yet thou. That means they are responsible if someone hacks your system ... or the spybot doesn't get rid of what its supposed to.
