I assume this is where to put this.

I have a Nikon Coolpix 3200 digital camera, and while I was wearing new pants I had it in my pocket. Unknown to me, there were still stones from the washing process in there and the camera got scratched in several places. The scratches are not deep at all, but they won't polish off. It's only the body of the camera, not the LCD or lens. The camera is silver.

Can anyone offer me any advice on how to hide them or cover them up They don't affect performance, but it's a new camera and it bothers me.

Plastic body, is a pain...
Only suggestion, is to get some auto, body wax that FILLS scratches.
It dont last forever but should make it LOOk better.. It dont work on CLEAR...

wax might work, or you could get the auto touchup paint

its not really wax anymore...its a polymer fill material.

Make cool scratch patterns in the camera on purpose to cover up the ones caused inadvertantly.

AND,
This will personalize the thing... You could Identify it in the DARK. This is great for laptops also... Scratch your ID into it, then Put bumper stickers all over so they cant see them... Take pics of it, and you have PERFECT ID.
