Basically im looking for a dv camcorder.
i need a flash,
good close up pics,
good videos with sound,
nice looks lol, (thats not to important)
£120 max
Im thinking the primier 2000, mustek dv5000 and the aiptek dv3300.
can anyone let me no if these are any good and are there any other cameras worth getting.
I will help you by posting reviews and sample pictures/videos when you help me decide which one to get. :D
Thanks
Has anyone got any sample pictures aswell of these products or no where sample picutres are?
I like the NEW Aiptek...I have the 3200 and its cool.
Only complaint is audio is VERY mid range.
The new one has some GREAt features for its prove..

I never heard of aiptek b4 .. they make some cheap stuff eh . I checked their website and all of it is like under $200...
I myself would probably get Canon or JVC ...
Mustek makes scanners. I wouldn't trust em with camcorders .. Optics are pretty important.
They make some nice products with OUT the bells and whisltes..
May notice ALOT dont have auto focus, or mutiple speeds..
Want a sample pic, I did a write up in the forums..

I think I would go with a Panasonic, I have always been impressed with their camcorders.

I hate to state the obvious but go to a store where they have them at take a good look at them. Most places (in the states at least) would rather have you take them for an instore test drive and leave with one that you want then have you return it the next day because something about it is not right. It's alot like buying a car, all the reviews and recomandations will mean nothing if YOU are not confortable. So what it the device was bulky to the reviewer. Maybe he has small hands where yours are bigger and more comfortable to hold the device. Also take the reverse and say he is an amazon beast standing 8' tall while you are only 3'9. most thing you will disagree about when it comes to size. We can help by pointing you to what </i>we</a> would get but do </i>not</i> buy it just on our recomandations if you don't atleast scope it out in person first.

kool thanks.
have u got a video and a pic of some writing to see what the focus is like. something like what you have printed off the computer.
Closest you can get is 10"
This isnt the best for a scanner...But with some tricks, like changing to B&W, you should get some good stuff.. Also takes practice to get range, as the LCD is abit blurry.

ok thanks for the pics. im really impressed by the quailty of them. seems very good.
how blurry would u say the lcd screen is. and is any good to replace my mustek dv2000.
also have u got a video about 10 seconds+ becasue i heard it had some scroll jumps and i just wanted to see how noticable they are.

Movie to the home video section, this is not a networked device.
Its only 10 frames a sec record... And at 320x140(?) its not really that good, except for posting on net... And I dont think it will POST here properly.

ok can u send it to my e-mail at BranstonTang@yahoo.com.
Then OPEN Yahoo, IM...I can send alot if you got High speed access..
I like it for stills better then movie...
Movie, for some reason is abit blurred... Probably better for CLOSE then what I like.
And the macro is MANUAL, which is abit fun, to remember to switch it OFF.
