I just put my computer together today, and everything is going good except for my games. I have a SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9600 Video Card. I am unable to play Sanitarium at all. I played this same game on my old crappy on board video. Everything goes fine until the first in game action goes on. Then, a little part of the screen kind of distorts, and I get one of those error reports. I read the details on it, and it said the problem was in sntrm.exe. That is the app for the game. So I went ahead and installed Starcraft, and it ran just fine. I don't know what the problem is. Can anybody here help.

1. did you SHUT OFF the onboard video?
2. What OS, what DirectX, what mother board?
3. Sence you replaced the Vid, have you perchance RE-RUN DXDIAG...you should. It configures DirectX.
4. have you checked the Vid properties to see if the DRIVER is ALL there?
5. Drivers that CAME with it, or the ones from the SITE. Theres ALWAYS updates.
