I tried to put some songs on here earlier today. I went to play them and "File System Error" came up on my player. I plugged it back into the computer and it will not recognize it. What I mean is that it knows its there but I can't do anything with it. Can anyone help me??

I had the same problem a while ago. You can find a softwave to do the formatting in creative.com. After you format your flash memory drive, it should work again. Hope this help~ :)

Did you try to 'Safely Remove USB Device' when you unplug the Creative Nomad MuVo from your PC? That's important - I've had many flash disks ruined because I simply plugged them out straightaway.

Ok, This is what happened. The manual said "Donīt format with windows!!!" and guess what, I did it. Now Every time I turn on the mp3 player (not connected to the computer) it doesn`t do anything. I can transfer files to other computers because the flash memory is recognized but the software that controls the mp3 player seems to have been erased. CAN I DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT???

GoTo http://www.nomadworld.com/downloads/firmware/

Download and install the latest firmware for your hardware.... ;o)

This resolve the problem with the SO and the "File System Error" error....
