Hello, I need help please.

I live in Cuba, first sorry about my English but I need HELP
My father own a Philips hdd060 and I trying to erase all songs in it and I just
Format it from Windows. Now when we try to power on only show this ( ! ) at the screen
Hdd060 don’t show more, please Could somebody send us the way to reload the firmware or tell us how we can fit this problem.
Here nobody knows the hdd060 and we don’t have the installation Cd

Problem Operation - My hdd fails to operate after being reformatted with Windows Explorer
Cause The device has been formatted in the wrong file system and the firmware image has been erased during the formatting
Solution

1. Hook up your hdd to the computer and to the external power supply with the AC Adapter.

2. Launch Windows Explorer and reformat your hdd again in FAT32 file system.

3. Close Windows Explorer and launch the Digital Media Manager DMM application, the system file shall be rebuilt in your hdd automatically.

2. FAT 32 FORMAT....................

2. Launch the Philips Digital Media Manager application, the system file shall be rebuilt in your hdd automatically.
