Linksys Wireless Media Center Extender

I read today that Linksys have recently announced a new product, the WMCE54AG. This device seems to do everything I want except that it requires the host PC to be running Windows XP Media Center 2005. I hope there will be some way of using it with standard Windows XP PCs (maybe via some plugin software or something) as this seems to be hopelessly limiting as it is.

I had a chance to see this while up at Redmond last week, its a very cool product. I cannot remember what type of interface it used, but I want to say S-Video/DVI/VGA. I was told the price would be about $299.

You would need to have two tuners on the main Media Center PC if you want to watch two seperate shows at the same time (one on the main MCE PC and one on the TV connected to the extender).
