What memory To get?

hey guys, im having a hard time thinking on what memory to get next? i was thinking of:

1GB DDR400 PC3200 2x512MB

i have come accross 2 types that i am interested in and are around my budget line

What type of motherboard do you have.

I usually stick with Corsair or Crucial
