Hey now here is a good idea, except I like the google bar damnit ! Well actually who cares cause IE blows and Firefox is better.

The company announced yesterday that it is joining forces with Adobe Systems (Nasdaq: ADBE) to add some new features to Adobe's highly popular Acrobat software used for reading Portable Document Format files (PDFs). Under the pact, new versions of Acrobat will offer a toolbar that will provide access to Yahoo!'s search, pop-up blocking, and anti-spyware technologies. For Adobe, the team-up improves its software's usability. For Yahoo!, it's all about presence.

I hate that everyone is trying to gang up on google. Look even M$ is trying to come up with something to combat the innovations that google makes.

By the end of 2004 Microsoft aims to launch search software to find any kind of file on a PC hard drive.

Competition is a good thing. The only thing to be feared is anticompetitive business practices. Google can forge alliances with other companies as well....

I think an Adobe toolbar is the dumbest thing yet. Does there have to be a toolbar for every piece of software out there!?
