I recently installed the drivers and software (Creative Media Source Organizer - CMSO) for my Zen Xtra. The device manager recognized the device ('enabled' and 'working'), but CMSO does not.
I used to use the player and SW on a laptop and don't remember having to do anything special to get CMSO to recognize the unit. I unfortuantely can't find the original SW, so I downloaded the latest from the Creative web site.
I'm running WinXP on a 700 MHz Dell. Any ideas/suggetsions are greatly appreciated - DannyD
