This is a company that has taken the whole Quicktime VR thing to another level. They have a branded line of cameras and custom software that you need to download.
I have downloaded the IE and NS 4.0 + versions of this software and rared them together. You can find this file down below. I had hell of time waiting for it to download, their website is like broken becuase I don't think the download ever started and I had to click on the " IF you have been waiting more than 20 minutes click here to download the file" link.
Ipx is for NS and axIP is for IE.
