what is the subsidy password for the motorola v3?

just aquired the new v3 and put in my chip, the phone asked for the subsidy password. i have tried 1234, 12345, 123456, 0000 and 000000

any ideas?

Subsidy locks usually are phone locks coz your phone is in a diff network or is a PRE-PAID which I doubt.
V3 just came out but I think in order for you to unlock you need to hack into the Codeplug - or just call the supplier of the phone and tell them to send you a new one..

You tried all the standard passwords so it's really nothing else you can do.

If this phone is actually locked into any specific service provider good luck getting the unlock code from your service provider or manufacturer. It's hard getting those things. Another thing about that is the fact that most GSM phones these days require actual hardware to unlock a phone.
